Allcargo Logistics employees contribute towards Kerala flood relief effort

As a part of broader community empowerment initiative to help Kerala fast pace rehabilitation efforts in the aftermath of a devastating flood, the employees of Allcargo Logistics have contributed a sum on INR 7,25,352 towards the Kerala Cheif Minister's Disaster Relief Func (CMDRF). The contribution was made under 'Rahat', Allcargo's disaster relief initiative where company employees are encouraged to pool resources to help victims of natural calamities rebuild their lives and support disaster mitigation efforts.

"As a socially conscientious corporate, we remain deeply concerned about fast-pacing relief management efforts in Kerala. The group reaffirms its commitment in helping the State Government to roll out sustainable development initiatives and help in the transition to n normalcy for the citizens of the State," stated Shri Shashi Kiran Shetty, Chairman, Allcargo Logistics.

Under the aegis of Avashya Foundation- Allcargo's CSR division, the group has continually strived to promote the inclusive social and economic development of underprivileged populations of the society through community empowerment initiatives.

Over the last five years, Allcargo has reached out to cover 250,000 beneficiaries through sustained efforts and focused initiatives in the domains of education, environment, women empowerment, sports and disaster relief.
