Content Manager

The content manager would be responsible to create and manage content for marketing and corporate communications activities of the group.

The responsibilities broadly include:


  • Develop engaging content that enhances brand visibility and marketability across campaigns and media vehicles including social media platforms

  • Collect, curate and update content across offline and online media

    • Offline Media: print, online and other interactive mediums, including sales brochures, newsletters, presentations and direct mail
    • Online Media: blogs, articles, newsletters, emails, website, social media and Infographics for the senior management and the website
  • Work closely with company's Design and Development Teams on all creative and branding initiatives

  • Continuously work with all verticals, business and non-business to track and create case studies

  • Identify and articulate ideas on thought leadership and work with other teams to develop materials including whitepapers, research reports, presentations and case studies

    • Create and nurture a community of bloggers for thought leadership
  • Actively participate & take initiative in all brand building and marketing exercises

  • Provide innovative ideas for engaging customers

  • Quality check the data across communication platform to ensure that information is accurate and in sync with the brand positioning

  • Compile comprehensive information of inventory and images


Desirable Competencies & Skills

  • The candidate should be a graduate, preferably with a post-graduate specialisation in Journalism, Public Relations, or advertising.

  • 3 – 4 years of work experience

  • Ability to write content across mediums and for different purposes

  • Impeccable grammar and ability to create persuasive content

  • Deep knowledge of social media and ability to write content for it
