A Gallup report reveals that organisations with a focus on the quality-of-hire see 31 percent lower turnover rate and 20 percent higher performance in new hires.

A study from The Workforce Institute at Kronos finds that organisations that diminish their hiring costs by 10 percent show 22 percent rise in hiring effectiveness.
