ISO 22301 - Business Continuity and Disaster Management -- For all entities

  • Our Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) are structured around four key pillars: Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Disaster Recovery Management. We utilize a hybrid IT Disaster Recovery solution that combines on-premises and cloud infrastructure for rapid application and service recovery. Our approach includes cloud-based backup for critical applications and data, supported by primary and disaster recovery data centers with robust backup arrangements. Emergency Response and Crisis Management are handled by a dedicated, cross-functional team to ensure safety and effective coordination during crises. Business Continuity Planning integrates these elements to maintain essential operations, with strategies for backup systems, alternative locations, and contingency plans to minimize disruption.

ISO 31000 - Framework for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) -- For all entities

  • Our risk management framework aligns with ISO 31000 principles, ensuring risks are identified, classified, and managed promptly. Information on risks is escalated to all management levels for informed decision-making. Guided by the Board, the Risk & Compliance Head leads workshops to identify, assess, analyze, and mitigate risks within the organization's risk appetite. The Risk Management Committee oversees these activities, ensuring fraud risk assessment is integrated into the overall risk management process.

ISO 45001 - OHS Management Systems -- For all entities

  • We have identified Occupational Health & Safety as a material area during our extensive Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality Assessment (SEMA) exercise conducted in FY 2023. To address this area, we created an OHS Framework to be deployed on a group level, across our entities aligned with ISO 45001 and in line with the BRSR and GRI requirements. As we progress, we would identify key sites across entities and get certified for ISO 45001 in a phase-wise manner. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) ensures a structured approach to identifying and managing workplace hazards in operations. It emphasizes proactive risk assessment, employee safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

ISO 27001

  • We have achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification for all four entities, reflecting our comprehensive deployment of IT Cybersecurity Management Systems. This certification validates our robust approach to managing and securing sensitive information across our operations, ensuring effective protection against cyber threats and adherence to best practices in data security.
