Mr. Kaiwan Kalyaniwalla is a Non Executive Director of the Company.
He is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Bombay High Court and a partner of Maneksha & Sethna, a law firm based in Mumbai.
He has a bachelor's degree in economics and political science and a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Mumbai.
Mr. Kalyaniwalla has been in the practice of law for over 22 years and is enrolled as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
His practice is predominantly in the field of corporate laws, property laws, tax laws and general commercial laws.

In recognition of his business leadership and outstanding contributions as CEO, he was awarded the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the Services Category by Ernst & Young in 2010, in addition to several industry awards.
Mr. Shetty was awarded the ‘Honorary Doctorate’ by Mangalore University in 2015, for his professional achievements, as well as for his philanthropic contributions. Mr. Shetty is a staunch believer of CSR and actively leads the initiatives of Avashya Foundation, the group’s NGO wing involved in Natural Disaster Relief, Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, Sports and Environmental Sustainability.
He is a sports enthusiast and an avid golfer.
Arathi Shetty is the Non-Executive Director of the Company since its incorporation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Bhavan’s College, University of Mumbai. She has an experience of over 19 years in the business of logistics. Arathi Shetty spearheads the sustainability initiatives of Allcargo under the Avashya Foundation. She is responsible for devising policies and identifying projects as per the 6 key focus areas of the division.
She has been renowned for her contribution to social causes as well as supporting and giving to those in need.
Adarsh Hegde has been associated with Allcargo Logistics since its inception. With over two and half decades of experience in the field of logistics, he has been instrumental in the success of Allcargo Logistics' growth story. Under his leadership, Allcargo Logistics established 6 CFS & ICD facilities PAN India, making Allcargo CFS & ICD division one of the largest private players in the country. He continues to lead the blue print and strategy for the division.
With his extensive experience & proficiency in transportation, he has contributed to the set-up the Allcargo Logistics Project Forwarding division.
He is also a part of the leadership team at ECU-Line with respect to driving international procurement initiative and organisation-wide planning.
After finishing his mechanical engineering from Nitte Education Trust, Mangalore, he started his career as an Assistant Maintenance Engineer with Eastern Ceramics Private Limited, Mumbai in 1987.
Akhilesh Gupta was the Chairman of Blackstone India, one of the leading players in Real Estate and Corporate Private Equity in India. He started his career with Hindustan Unilever Limited. Before joining Blackstone, Akhilesh Gupta served as CEO, Corporate Development, for Reliance Industries Limited.
He serves on the board of Hindustan Power Projects Private Limited and Larsen & Toubro. He serves as a member of the Advisory Council of the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University since 2014, as well as a member of HKUST Business School Advisory Council since 2015.
He is an MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University in 1981 and a B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi which conferred on him the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2004.
Keki Elavia is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He retired as a Senior Partner of Kalyaniwalla & Mistry - Chartered Accountants, a firm with which he was associated for more than 40 years. He was also a partner of S. R. Batliboi & Co- Chartered Accountants, for a brief period. He is currently on board of several companies such as Godrej Industries Limited, Tata Asset Management Limited, DCB Bank Limited, Goa Carbon Limited, Grindwell Norton Limited, Go Airlines India Limited and others.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mohinder Pal Bansal has more than 25 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Advising, Capital Markets, Company Portfolio Integration as well as post-acquisition performance management in India, Asia and Europe. He has advised corporates across sectors including logistics, auto components, manufacturing, realty, banking, education and IT and also a started newspaper for children called ‘Newshouse’ in June 1996 along with the promoters of Navneet Publications.
He is currently on board of several companies such as Blacksoil Realty Investment Advisors LLP, Concorde Motors India Limited, Navneet Learning LLP and others.
A post graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Hari Mundra comes with work experience of more than 44 years. During his career, he has worked with organisations such as Hindustan Unilever Ltd., RPG Group, Wockhardt Group and Essar Group in various capacities such as Executive Director, Vice Chairman and others.
An expert in the areas of Strategic, Financial & Operational Management and Turnaround of companies, Hari Mundra has been associated with many professional bodies such as CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM and Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is a member of the National Managing Committee of Indian Cancer Society, a nonprofit NGO, and had been its Joint Managing Trustee .He has been a visiting professor at IIM, Ahmedabad since last 7 years.
Hari Mundra is also on the Board of Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd (Chairman, Audit Committee) and Ceat Ltd. (Independent Director) and is a senior Advisor to the USA based Hospira.
J. Ramachandran is a Professor of Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management Journal, Global Strategy Journal, Economic and Political Weekly and others.
He is also the first Bain Fellow in India.
A qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, J. Ramachandran has been a Visiting Professor at INSEAD Fontainebleau, France; the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA; and the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, USA.
He is presently Chairman of Redington (India) Limited and Aditya Auto Products and a member of the Board of Reliance Communications, Sasken Communication Technologies, Allcargo Logistics, ECU-line NV Belgium, and MVP International, USA.
Umesh Shetty has been associated with Allcargo Logistics for over 20 years and leads the Project, Equipment and Shipping divisions at a strategic level. With his strong entrepreneur skills and business acumen in logistics business, he has been the key force to integrate the three services and drive the factory-to-foundation services for the organisation.
He is also a part of Strategy committee and talent management committee of the group.
Umesh Shetty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Prakash Tulsiani is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification. He also holds a degree in Law and Commerce. Mr. Tulsiani joined the leadership team at Allcargo Logistics in 2015 to head the Operations division. He is also responsible for the Project Forwarding division. He brings with him over three decades of experience and expertise in scaling businesses and expanding services.
Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics, Mr. Tulsiani was serving as the Managing Director of Gujarat Pipavav Port. He has also worked at key management positions with internationally renowned organizations such as AP Terminals in Mumbai, A. P. Moller Maersk Group in Indonesia and GP Group of Companies in Thailand.
Sunil Thapar joined Allcargo Logistics in 2015. His areas of responsibilities include consolidation of the current shipping business and its expansion in different shipping segments and geographies.
Prior to joining Allcargo, he retired as Director of Shipping Corporation of India after a long stint of 41 years. At Shipping Corporation of India (SCI), he headed the Bulk Carrier and Tanker Division which was the core profit centre of SCI responsible for close to 70% of the company revenue. He was also posted to Shanghai as Chief Representative of SCI.
He holds Master (Foreign Going) Certificate of Competency, issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India and MSc (Shipping Management) from the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden. He is also a life-member and fellow of the Company of Master Mariners of India.
P. P. Shetty is a mechanical engineer with over 4 decades of experience. He has been working with Allcargo Logistics for 12 years as HR Mentor supporting the development of key HR initiatives such as institutionalising change and performance management system, developing HR policy framework and others for Allcargo & its group companies. He also overlooks the hiring of leadership positions and mentoring the managers in the group.
Prior to joining Allcargo, he has served as Mumbai head for a Pharma product manufacturing unit.
S. Suryanarayanan is a Chartered Accountant by qualification; he oversees Allcargo’s strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions.
He has over 27 years of experience in the logistics, chemical & engineering sectors. Due to his deep understanding on fund raising, he has also been extensively involved in mergers and acquisitions globally. Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics Ltd., he has worked in organizations such as Reliance Corporate Finance and Great Eastern Shipping.
Jatin Chokshi is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary by qualification. He has 27 years of work experience in industries like Shipping, Consumer Durables and Industrial Chemicals.
He joined Allcargo Logistics Ltd. Group in 2001 and worked in capacity of Financial controller, CFO & CEO of a business vertical before taking over as Group Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the Investment & Treasury functions and Taxation matters.
Ajit Jangle joined Allcargo Logistics in 2013. He leads Human Resource, Information Technology, Global Sales Process and Digital Strategy for Allcargo Logistics and the Avvshya Group. In his career spanning 20 years, he has worked with multinational companies such as Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, APL Liner and Logistics and Toll Global Logistics.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineer from SPCE- Mumbai University, CPIM supply chain certified from APICS US and Strategic Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, he has contributed greatly towards taking Allcargo to new heights.
He is also an active member of Logistics Council- CII India, ELSC India, Supply Chain Council (APICS) US and Supply Chain Logistics Group UAE.
Mukundan joined Allcargo Logistics in 2010 & has more than 3 decades of versatile experience in Manufacturing, Consulting and Service Industries. He is a Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder), Certified Public Accountant (USA), Certified Information System Auditor and a Certified Internal Auditor. He was honoured as Chief Minister's Fellow by Government of Madhya Pradesh for innovative suggestions in the field of accounting in the year 2002.
His current responsibilities include overseeing the assurance, risk and legal function for the Avvshya Group operations, joint ventures and subsidiaries. He additionally performs the role of Whistle Blower Officer for the group and the Ethics and Grievance Officer for the group. He is also an active member of professional bodies such as ICAI and ISACA.
Hrushikesh Joshi has been associated with Allcargo Logistics since 2007. He is responsible for the IT portfolio for both Allcargo Logistics and Avvshya Group. He is a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and is also certified lean six sigma black belt. He has over 25 years of rich IT industry experience of which nearly 20+ years has been in the shipping, transportation and logistics industry.
Prior to Allcargo, he has worked in global MNCs such as P&O Nedlloyd & Maersk where he held several key positions globally.
Armin D. Kalyaniwalla is a Bachelor of Science from University of Mumbai. He is responsible for international business development. He joined the leadership team at Allcargo Logistics in 2011 as CEO of the Project Logistics vertical. He brings with him over three decades of experience and expertise in Projects and Infrastructure Logistics.
Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics, he was the Managing Director of MHTC Logistics Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading Projects Logistics companies in India.
A Master Mariner by profession, Ashok Shrivastava has over 34 years of work experience of which 8 years of command experience on foreign flag vessels.
Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics in 2009, he has worked organizations such as Parekh Group, Hyundai Merchant Marine & Jindal Waterways. He has played a key role in setting up Allcargo Logistics’ shipping division as a part of company's diversification plan. He has pioneered the coastal movement with Jindal and Allcargo in the bulk and break bulk segment.
With over 22 years of experience in diverse industries such as healthcare, publishing, hospitality and logistics, and event management, Ms. Shantha Martin joined Allcargo Logistics as a national import manager in the year 2002.
She heads the Indian Subcontinent (ISC), Middle East, South & East Africa region to provide total logistics services with last mile connectivity. She oversees 47 offices in the region of the Indian Subcontinent (ISC), Middle-East, and South & East Africa.
After finishing her MBA from TAPMI, Manipal, she started her career in 1996 with Accord Corporate Services.
Ms. Shantha Martin was awarded CEO of the year at the International Women’s Leadership Forum in 2014. She also won the ‘Business Leader’ Award from World Women’s Leadership Congress in 2015.
Balaji V. joined Allcargo Logistics in 2014. He comes with 22+ years of experience in Strategic Planning & Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Channel management.
He has worked in all facets of the value chain across industry segments such as VMI based manufacturing, High Value Logistics, FMCG and Supply Chain Management. Prior to Allcargo Logistics, he was the COO with Future Supply Chains & Solutions Limited, CEO of Writer Safeguard and later CEO of YCH India Logistics. He has also worked with reputed organizations such as AFL Pvt. Ltd, Dalal Street Journal Group, Gillette and CCI Logistics Ltd.
Balaji V. is an Engineering Graduate from Chennai University and Management from LIBA apart with specialization in logistics and supply chain.
Mr. Pramod Kokate is a science graduate from Mumbai University. He has 35 years of experience in Shipping industry. He has worked with various organisations like Parekh Shipping, Madhavlal n co., James Mackintosh, Patvolk in shipping agency and port operation related activities.
Prior to joining Allcargo Logistics, Mr. Pramod was serving in various capacities with Maersk Line Logistics for 13 years. Mr. Pramod Kokate has joined Allcargo Logistics in 2003 and has played major role in developing the CFS & ICD facilities on Pan India basis.
As Chief Commercial Officer for the CFS & ICD, existing responsibilities are to retain, develop business (S&M) and identify potential locations for opening up the new facilities in India and overseas.
Amol Patel is the Chief Digital Officer of Allcargo Logistics Ltd where he leads Information Technology strategy and implementation, and also the group’s Digital Transformation. Previously he was Senior Director at PayPal where he led Mobile, Device and Platform partnerships for PayPal globally. His past responsibilities there include heading Business Development for PayPal in Asia, expanding PayPal’s mobile footprint across Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and launching mobile-led market entry for emerging markets. He led mobile product innovation at PayPal by launching its Global Mobile API platform. Prior to that, Amol was Founder & CEO of ConvergeLabs, a global mobile VAS company that launched India’s first mobile ticketing and payments service. He has held senior marketing and engineering positions at Intel Corporation, Cirrus Logic, Sun Microsystems, and ADC Telecommunications. Amol has authored several patents in the Mobile, Internet and Payments space.
Amol holds a BS (Honors) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
With over 20 years of sea time experience, Sandeep Anand is a master mariner and an alumnus of maritime institute T. S. Jawahar.
With rich experience in break bulk, bulk, container, project and reefer vessels operated by well, clipper and dockendale shipping, he joined Allcargo in 2007 to help consolidate and expand the Equipment Hiring division.
With a fleet of over 1000+ owned equipment, he has been instrumental in expanding the presence of division across all key industrial sectors on a PAN India basis.
